Continued from Introduction: 5 generations of embroidery knowledge at your fingertips

Knowledge has always been the key and what if we could take this knowledge of the masters and implant it into a piece of embroidery software. It would change the industry forever. It would simplify the learning curve and amplify everyone’s ability immediately. This was my challenge and my goal. A Labor of Love- is what it quickly became and I am so proud to introduce you to my “Floriani Embroidery Software”. Five generations of embroidery knowledge packaged into 7 modules of embroidery excellence.
Why modulated software? Because I have also always felt that sometimes I want a piece of a full program but not necessarily the whole thing.
In most cases you've had to purchase an entire program, even if all you wanted was the lettering or the editing or the monogramming etc. but not with Floriani Software. You can purchase exactly and only what you wish to purchase. With that said I would like to preview for you one of my modules in this article, "Monogram Master III". In future newsletters I will share with you the others.
Monogram Master III
Monogram Master III is stand alone software that deals strictly with monograms and font technology. It comes with 75 monograms, 65 fonts, 900 designs and outputs to 23 formats. My closet competitor only offers 18 monograms, 50 fonts, 100 motifs and only 2 formats. It is simple to use - offers total application control - and has integrated my Measurement Theory of Embroidery Creation and Control in it with an amazing function we call "Save2Sew".
Save2Sew is without a doubt is one of the highlights of Floriani Software and is included in every module we've created. It is based on my "Measurement Theory" which, as simply as I can state, explains and yields control of the relationship of one stitch type next to another as well as all of the commands that yield the ultimate in design
run-ability.
Save2Sew will adjust any design to currently 38 different material types by controlling the underlay, density and pull comp automatically. It is also an amazing tool for correcting almost any poorly digitized embroidery creation and we all have plenty of those. <grin> It makes the beginner -a master - and the master more efficient.
Save2Sew is the next logical step in embroidery software evolution by incorporating our knowledge of material types and the embroidery settings that best compliment them. It will also recommend the correct stabilizer. Save2Sew is so simple and easy to use. This is fully printable and an amazing tool for both the novice as well as the advanced embroiderer. To use "Save2Sew" in any Floriani Modules simply click on Apply, then Finish and the design changes take effect immediately. Your design is now complete. Simply save it to your desired format and get ready to run it. It is that simple.
A few other things we've developed with our software. First, no Dongles, we are code driven. Dongles and their replacement cost has always been a sore spot for me - so we have done away with them. This code driven approach also allows us to issue you a second code so that you can operate your software on both your PC and laptop. We do not charge for update service.
Since the day I first tested my software I was left with the feeling of "Oh I wish I would have done this or added that" , so as we develop and add new material styles for Save2Sew, new stitch techniques or controls you can update easily. If you are online when you open the software, click on Help and Check for Updates. If there is an update, you will be notified and the software will update it at the click of a button. I love this software - it truly is a "Work In Progress".
