Floriani Software Update List: Version 3.22

1. Contour Fill Type added for satin objects.

2. Appliqué function changes
    (a) Placement line can be turned on and off
    (b) Placement line set and offset percentages
    (c) Tack down line can be turned on and off
    (d) Tack down set and offset percentages

3. Change in icon appearance

4. Gradient fill added for satin objects.

5. Repeat function added under the Tools menu.

6. Two new icons on the color palette, one to delete unused colors and the other to append new ones.

7. Change to thread color function: to change the color of the selected objects right click on a new color in the color palette.

8. Other enhancements to the appliqué function that fixed known problems.

Floriani Software Update List: Version 3.08 (12/16/2008)

Software has been changed from 2008 to 2009 on suit.
Change the main Splash screen has been replaced with 2009 version
The appliqué function fixed
On the top Left of the my today box it now reads. "My Floriani's Today".

Floriani Software Update List: Version 2.56 (02/19/2008)

Center Line Underlay option added to properties.
Rubber band added to digitizing functions.
Note: Distance from last point digitized displayed at bottom left corner of screen.
Classic Satin (9) New function (point and counter point)

When digitizing with this new function, user can place the points in a point and counter point fashion. Example:

Select function (Classic Satin).
Click left mouse button once on screen.
Move right and click a second left mouse button.
Move mouse down and to the left and click left mouse button.
Move right and click a second left mouse button.

-Continue this until you shaped your object.
-Click the Right mouse button to finish satin.

Note: Hold control key for curves.

Split Satin

Please look in properties under the tab Column.

Split satin can to controlled by
Percent
Absolute

You can also control the “Deactivate splitting if length is less than (mm) amount."

Duplicate Function. (can only be used in Digitizing for full collection)

The best was to explain this is, a temporary symbol. Select a single or mutable objects and place those objects in a duplicate mode. Once in this mode; every time you click the left mouse button the selected objects would copy itself to the location selected. Pressing the right mouse button would exit the functions.

The user selects however many objects they want. Click the right mouse button and click on "Duplicate". This would place the user in the duplicate function (a temp “symbol” mode.)

Click the left mouse button to duplicate the object.

Click and hold the left mouse button to enlarge, or rotate the object.

Click the right mouse button to exit.

The properties box is docked on the left side as a default.
